Stef Daniel is a 38 year old mother of 4 girls who resides in Georgia. She has been a stay at home mother for 10 years. She grew up near the Eastern Maryland Shore and at the age of 21 moved to the outskirts of Atlanta with a friend. She began a career in law enforcement with the full intention to become a trained canine narcotics officer. Upon becoming pregnant with twins she was forced to take a reprieve from law enforcement and shortly after the birth of her girls, decided that staying home to raise her family was of the utmost of importance to her and her husband. She and her husband have been married for 14 years.
When her third daughter turned 4 she enrolled her in pre-school and took a job as a teacher for the 2 and 3 year old pre-school classes in effort to remain close to her daughter and remain available for her older children. It was then that she realized there was a great lack of opportunity for parents staying at home to work outside the home while remaining an integral part of their children’s upbringing. She began pursuing her life long passion of writing, reenrolled in online college courses in an attempt to earn a degree in sociology and surprisingly became pregnant again with her 4th child. She also pursued another passion of homeopathic healing and is a Reiki practitioner with a great interest in energy work of all kinds.
With four children – 3 of which are in school, Stef is a full time writer, mother and part time college student. She lives on a large rural farm with horses, cows, lots of dogs and plenty of green space with which her and her children spend a lot of time outdoors. She is actively involved in her children’s sporting activities; coaching both soccer and softball and volunteers throughout the week at her children’s schools. Her dream for the future is to write books geared at tween and pre-teen girls to help guide them through issues of self esteem, peer pressure and enable them with knowledge and insight that can prove to be life altering.
